Our classes will help
with anything from basic manners to problem solving. A good education can
also help bridge communication between you and your dog.
After all, dogs aren’t born knowing what we consider to be
acceptable behavior, but they are eager
to learn and make us happy!!
So whether you are encountering problems or simply interested
in nurturing a mutually rewarding relationship with your dog,
ABC can help.
With
positive reinforcement training techniques, the focus is on results.
We have
several levels of traditional manners classes. These will introduce,
or reinforce, cues from the very basic to the very complex.
Do you need some one-on-one? Well, private lessons are also available.
These can be done either in your home or at our facility.
You tell us what you need and that is what we will work on.
Perhaps you want to try an obedience trial, but find them too rigid - take a look at Rally-O.
Rally-O combines traditional obedience cues with a relay station format.
Maybe you have that dog that can just make people feel good and would like
to share that with others. ABC offers a 12-hour training session that will prepare
you for the Delta Society
Therapy Evaluation.
ABC also offers the opportunity for your dog to utilize it's biggest pleasure - it's nose.
A Tracking class will begin to assist you and your furry companion on how to use it's nose to find people,
objects and much more.
Have you heard about Doggy Dancing? ABC offers this new and fun
team sport. This course will help you choreograph a
routine for you and your furry dancing partner. We were even featured
in the Kansas City Star and on KCTV5.
Perhaps you just want to teach your pet to do those tricks
that amaze your friends. We have a course created by you to teach the tricks you want to learn.

Does your pup bounce off the wall? We offer agility
classes for competition
or just for fun.
All classes are held indoors.
We also offer Agility Practices.
Do you have a dog that sees
a tennis ball and goes crazy? How about a Flyball class?
This course will introduce your furry companion to the equipment and how to work as a team of
handlers and dogs.
ABC also offers
Daycare on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is an opportunity to
entertain, socialize and exhaust your furry baby.
