VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

THAT ALL REQUIREMENTS
HAVE BEEN
COMPLETED
PRIOR TO
YOUR START DATE!!!
PUPPIES:
1. Minimum of two of the series of 4
vaccinations
(DHPP/DHPPC/DHPPCL)
2. Bordetella (Kennel cough)
3. Rabies (If over 16 weeks old) -
Must be administered by a licensed
veterinarian
3. Fecal Exam (Worming medication is not sufficient for this
requirement - an actual stool sample must be tested)
All vaccinations must remain current.
For example, if the puppy has received their second set of vaccinations at week 10, they must
have their third set at week 13. In addition, they must have a Rabies
vaccination at week 16 (administered by a licensed veterinarian).
ADOLESCENT AND ADULT DOGS:
1. Complete series of vaccinations
(DHPP/DHPPC/DHPPCL)
2. Bordetella (Kennel cough) within the last six months
3. Rabies - Must be administered by a licensed veterinarian
4. Fecal Exam (Worming medication is not sufficient for this
requirement - a stool sample must be tested) within the
last
six months
ABC Pet Training will
contact your veterinarian to
verify vaccinations prior to your start date
and
within three days of any due date.
