POTTY TRAINING
There are a lot of hints to aid you in potty training your pet,
but the most important one is to NEVER LET YOUR
PUPPY OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!!!! Always know where your
puppy is at ALL times. This will keep the pup from
going off into a corner and doing something that they
are not supposed to do, like potty!! Whenever you are sleeping,
away from home or just into a project,
you should have your puppy in a kennel.
In order to teach puppy to go outside,
here are some tips to get you started:
1. Ask in a VERY EXCITED voice if puppy wants to
go outside
2. Take puppy out on a leash, even if you have a fenced backyard
3. Stand in one spot so that puppy does not spend
20 minutes
investigating the backyard
4. Once puppy has pottied,
PRAISE and REWARD.
