Enrollment Form,
you may now make
your payment.
Now there are just a couple more steps in order to
ensure
your spot
in class. One is payment; the other is verification
of vaccinations. (Please
print the Vaccination Requirements
and confirm
current
vaccinations with your veterinarian.)

Your spot will be saved for 72 hours after receipt of your
Enrollment Form. If payment has not been received (either
on-line
or by check), or a notice of payment being mailed
within the 72 hour period, your spot could be
made
available for another student.
